Opening the box shouldn't start a clock on all ten.
Every cartridge is steam sterilized and sealed in its own CE/ISO 11607 pouch. That means you take one out and the other nine are exactly as sterile as they were in the warehouse — no partially-used tray sitting in a drawer, no guessing how long it's been open. An intact seal means sterile. Open it right before you fill it.
11mm stopper. That's the dimension that decides fit.
Cartridges get sold on "3mL" and "borosilicate," and both are true of ones that won't seat in your pen. The stopper length is the number that actually matters, and most labels don't print it — so you find out after it arrives. Ours are 11mm long gray, every batch. It's the one spec you can check before you order anywhere, including here.

The V1, the V2 and the V3 all take this cartridge — drop-in, no adapters, no modifications. If there's an older pen in a drawer somewhere, these fit that too, and nothing you already own becomes obsolete. Capacity is easy to hold in your head: the dial stops at 60 clicks, 60 clicks is 0.6 mL, so 3 mL is exactly five complete turns.

Will these fit my pen?
Yes, whichever one you have. The same 3mL cartridge fits the V1, the V2 and the V3 — drop-in, no adapters, no modifications. If there's an older V1 in a drawer somewhere, these fit that too.
Can I store the pen in the fridge with a cartridge loaded?
That's what it's designed for. The pen fits the fridge door with a cartridge in place.
How much does one cartridge hold?
3 mL, which is exactly five full turns of the dial. The dial stops at 60 clicks and 60 clicks is 0.6 mL
Do they come pre-filled?
No. Cartridges ship empty. What you put in one is your side of the line, and the hardware has no opinion about it.
10-pack or 20-pack?
The 20-pack brings the per-cartridge price down about 15%. Buy it if you already know your cadence.
If you're new to the pen, buy the 10. After a month you'll know what you actually go through, and the 20-pack will still be here.
Do you sell pen tips?

The pens take standard universal screw-on pen needles, available anywhere they're sold. Fresh tip every session.
I dropped one and it chipped. Still usable if I'm careful?
No, it's finished. Not "usable if careful."
It's glass with the plunger driving against it and a sharp on the other end. Set it aside and open a new one.
