If a return is needed, you cover the return shipping, and we issue your refund as soon as the item arrives back to us.
Arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Same 7-day window, and we cover everything. Send a photo and we'll replace it at no cost to you. You never pay for our mistakes.
