If your MODTECH gear doesn't meet your expectations within 7 days of delivery, email us at tfortech@modtechsupply.net and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. If a return is needed, you cover the return shipping, and we issue your refund as soon as the item arrives back to us.

Arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Same 7-day window, and we cover everything. Send a photo and we'll replace it at no cost to you. You never pay for our mistakes.

Why did my order come in two packages?

Amazon packs each item from its own stock, so an order with more than one item can ship as two packages. It happens most with kits: the pen and the cartridge pack are separate items at the fulfillment center. Most orders still arrive together.

When an order splits, each package gets its own shipping email and its own tracking number, and the two can arrive a day or so apart. If one package arrives and the other's tracking stops updating, email tfortech@modtechsupply.net.

Low profile packaging

Orders arrive in standard Amazon packaging. Nothing on the outside of the box indicates what's inside.
