Yes. Every cartridge is steam sterilized and individually sealed in a CE/ISO 11607 certified self sealing pouch, the same packaging standard used for medical instruments. If the seal is intact, the cartridge is sterile. Open it right before use.

Hardware only. Pens and cartridges ship empty. No substances of any kind are included with any MODTECH product.

No, tips are sold separately. MODTECH currently supplies the pens and sterile cartridges. The pens accept standard screw on pen tips, and we recommend using a fresh tip for each session.

The V2 dial has 60 click stop increments. Each click is a fixed, repeatable step, so you get the same amount every time without reading graduation marks.
