Returns
Two return windows apply, depending on how you checked out.

Standard orders — 7 days
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. Sterile cartridge pouches must be unopened. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email within 7 days of delivery. Returns are received at our facility in Seguin, Texas. We'll email you the full return address along with instructions once your return is approved. Items sent back without an approved return will not be accepted, so please ask first.
Return shipping is your responsibility on standard returns. Your refund is issued once the return arrives and has been inspected.
Buy with Prime orders — 30 days
If you checked out using Buy with Prime, Amazon's return terms apply instead of ours. You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items, return shipping is free, and the return runs through your Amazon account rather than by email.
Buy with Prime is Amazon's program and it sets a 30-day return window that merchants cannot shorten. You paid for Prime, so you keep the Prime terms. Buy with Prime orders are also covered by the Amazon Pay A-to-z Guarantee.
To start one: sign in to Amazon, find the order, and choose Return items. If that doesn't work for any reason, email and we'll sort it out.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We cover the replacement and the return shipping in that case. This applies to standard and Buy with Prime orders alike.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new one.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If it was, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post it.

Orders placed before August 12, 2026
If you ordered before August 12, 2026, you bought under our previous 30-day return policy and that window still applies to your order.
